Certified InstructorJennie excels in leading teams in Conscious Discipline implementation and has served as the Conscious Discipline Action Team Leader in her school for the past 10 years. Her school has maintained a “Significantly Exceeds Expectations” ranking for the Wisconsin State School Report Card since reaching fidelity with Conscious Discipline and hosted a Conscious Discipline National 2-Day Event as a model school in 2021.

Selwaan Mahmoud
Certified InstructorSelwaan Mahmoud is a lifelong educator and a parent who has always believed in the power of positive intent and the importance of critical thinking. She has worked with students as young as two months in nurseries to adults in large school systems. She has trained and coached administrators, teachers, students and parents in training and implementing Conscious Discipline school wide.

Certified InstructorPamela Prasher has over 18 years of classroom experience, in addition to experience as a family advocate, parent educator, early childhood presenter and with her two young boys. She specializes in working with parents and families from Native American/Tribal Communities. Pamela has presented about Conscious Discipline at state and national conferences, including presenting at a Conscious Discipline Summer Institute.

Nicole Langston
Certified InstructorNicole Langston, an educator with over 17 years of experience and mother of four, discovered Conscious Discipline when she first became a principal. Nicole has worked as a Director of Early Childhood, principal, and elementary teacher while also leading Parents as Teachers, Gifted and Talented, Head Start and pregnant and parenting teens. She has an Ed.S in Education Policy and Analysis from the University of Missouri, a M.Ed from William Woods University, and a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Missouri State University.

Bailey Smith
Certified InstructorBailey Smith is a wife, teacher and nanny to two young boys. She has taught Grades 3-5 in Title I schools for the last six years. Bailey attended a Conscious Discipline Summer Institute prior to her first year of teaching and is grateful that she was able to begin her teaching career with the program’s powers, skills and structures. She has led staff training in Conscious Discipline and guided other teachers through the implementation process.

Cheryl discovered Conscious Discipline when she was looking for a better way to support her son. She had followed all the doctors’ recommendations for behavior management tools; nothing was working. She learned about Conscious Discipline at a training in New Hampshire and never looked back.
