Along with her position as a resource teacher for Orange County Public Schools in Orlando, Florida, these experiences enable her to understand what educators deal with on a daily basis. Her classroom is a nationwide model for Conscious Discipline implementation and has been featured in professional development videos.

Lety Valero has been an enthusiastic, innovative and committed educator for over 25 years. She served as a teacher, assistant principal, and the director of a preschool at an international school in Mexico City, Mexico. She is a Conscious Discipline Master Instructor and national presenter with an M.S. in International Education. Lety is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Kim JacksonMaster Instructor
Kim Jackson is a master teacher who is dedicated to providing the very best learning experiences possible for each child in her care. She graduated from Winthrop University with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been teaching and coaching in the public schools of North and South Carolina for over 23 years and is a national trainer and keynote speaker.

Kim Hughes is a 30+ year veteran of education with master’s degrees in both Elementary Education and School Leadership/Administration. She was awarded the 1999-2000 North Carolina Teacher of the Year Award. Kim excels in providing engaging, informative events for educators and administrators of children infant through elementary age.

Jill Molli has a B.A. in Elementary Education and a master’s degree in Counseling. She possesses the gift of delivering the important message of Dr. Becky Bailey’s Conscious Discipline with humor, which makes for a wonderful learning experience. Jill was selected as a Master Instructor because of her no-nonsense ability to get to the heart of a situation and her commitment to living Conscious Discipline principles at school and at home.
Amy SpeidelMaster Instructor
Amy Speidel is a delightful and insightful presenter, podcast personality and Conscious Discipline Master Instructor. Her experience as an educator and as a Certified Parent Coach working with families within a pediatric practice provides the foundation for compassionate and relatable talks that engage parents, educators, and organizational leaders alike. Amy discovered the impact of Conscious Discipline as a teacher 20+ years ago when she witnessed a positive transformation in her students. She now aspires to support all adults who encounter children by sharing Conscious Discipline® with them through practical, user-friendly, and inspiring events. In addition to her work as a presenter nationwide, Amy has also delighted Conscious Discipline enthusiasts as co-host of the Real Talk for Real Teachers podcast since 2022.
Angela FraleyMaster Instructor
Angela Fraley, Conscious Discipline’s own “baby whisperer,” is a motivational change agent in early education. She has committed the entirety of her career to working directly with young children and helping adults lay the vital, foundational groundwork infants and toddlers need to thrive. Her first 20+ years in the field were dedicated to Child and Family Services, the Head Start Program and Parents as Teachers.
Elizabeth Montero-CefaloMaster Instructor
Elizabeth Montero-Cefalo graduated from the University of Miami with a Masters in Early Childhood Special Education and is a talented trainer who has worked extensively with special needs children. In fact, her special education classroom was recognized as a Conscious Discipline model classroom by Dr. Becky Bailey and the Miami-Dade County Public School District. Because Dr. Bailey recognized Elizabeth’s commitment to Conscious Discipline and her ability to share her expertise with others, she invited Elizabeth to become a Master Instructor.
