Nicole Langston, an educator with over 17 years of experience and mother of four, discovered Conscious Discipline when she first became a principal. Nicole has worked as a Director of Early Childhood, principal, and elementary teacher while also leading Parents as Teachers, Gifted and Talented, Head Start and pregnant and parenting teens. She has an Ed.S in Education Policy and Analysis from the University of Missouri, a M.Ed from William Woods University, and a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Missouri State University.

Cheryl Cotter is a wife, mother and special educator with over 29 years of experience. Cheryl discovered Conscious Discipline when she was looking for a better way to support her son. She had followed all the doctors’ recommendations for behavior management tools; nothing was working. She learned about Conscious Discipline at a training in New Hampshire and never looked back.
Kelly Frazier-WawireCertified Instructor
Kelly Frazier-Wawire’s more than 15 years in education have been “a road less traveled.” Although she began her career in high schools, she transitioned to first grade after teaching in Bangladesh as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Most of her adventures and her greatest lessons have been learned in The Chicago Public Schools, where she’s been a teacher, an administrator, a social worker and, most recently, a district-wide SEL specialist. She’s also a new mom and appreciates how helpful Conscious Discipline is in everyday life!
Kyree ChambersCertified Instructor
Kyree Chambers discovered Conscious Discipline early in her career. After receiving her bachelor’s degrees in Elementary and Special Education, Kyree knew her love was for early childhood education. She now operates a private preschool, implementing Conscious Discipline center-wide. Kyree also implements Conscious Discipline coaching CrossFit, sitting on the Board of Trustees for a 6-12 private school, and teaching parent workshops.

Tym Smith began working in the education field in 1986. After spending more than five years in the classroom, he advanced to fill various positions including Education Specialist, Assistant Director, Site Manager, Director and District Manager. He owns and operates five early education programs in Texas and is on the board of directors for The Association for Early Learning Leaders.
Gina de KortCertified Instructor
Gina is a wife, mother, grandmother, teacher, trainer, coach, and team leader who has worked in the educational field for more than 20 years. She currently coordinates the team of Educational Facilitators of Innovation at the Department of Education of Aruba, incorporating Conscious Discipline in her leadership approach. She also facilitates Conscious Discipline workshops for parents and educators.

Vanessa Zara has over fifteen years of experience in education. She learned about Conscious Discipline in 2007 and has spent eight years providing coaching and training to her organization. She has also organized and led Conscious Discipline workshops for educators and parents.

Juana is a mother, a wife, psychologist and educator living in Bogota, Colombia. She has been working for 27 years with children and their families in her private clinical practice and her child development center Vueltacanela as a director. She has specialized in emotional regulation, ADHD, impulsivity, parenting and early childhood. She loves helping families and teachers connect with their children.
Mandy HeroldCertified Instructor
Mandy has been the Headmistress (Principal) at a leading independent school in Johannesburg for the last 10 years. She is mom to two beautiful children, Robyn (11) and Ryan (13) and a proud wife to Garreth. Mandy has been working in Independent Schools, both pre-k and elementary, with children aged 3-9 for 18 years. Mandy sits on the Board of Directors at a local Pre-Primary School.
