Certified InstructorCheryl Cotter is a wife, mother and special educator with over 29 years of experience. Cheryl discovered Conscious Discipline when she was looking for a better way to support her son. She had followed all the doctors’ recommendations for behavior management tools; nothing was working. She learned about Conscious Discipline at a training in New Hampshire and never looked back.

Master InstructorAmy Speidel comes to you as a national presenter with Conscious Discipline. She is also a certified Parent Coach, working with families within a pediatric practice. Amy first used Conscious Discipline as a teacher and witnessed a transformation in her students. She now aspires to support all adults who come in contact with children by sharing Conscious Discipline® with them through practical, user friendly seminars and workshops.

Since she made that discovery in 2006, she has been passionate about her personal Conscious Discipline journey. Certified InstructorAs a Conscious Discipline Certified Instructor, Heidi Condrey is passionate about sharing the Conscious Discipline message with others. Heidi has worked in the field of early childhood education for sixteen years. A state licensed teacher, Heidi holds a Master’s Degree in Education with a specialization in Teacher Leadership. Her career has centered around early childhood education and the empowerment of both children and their families.

Barbara Landon
Certified InstructorBarbara Landon teaches bioethics at St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada. She has been teaching Conscious Discipline in Grenada and in the Caribbean since 2009 and has been a CDCI since 2013. She is co-recipient of a Canada Grand Challenges Saving Brains grant, which aims to teach Conscious Discipline in Grenada to help prevent corporal punishment. She has worked with UNICEF, the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) and numerous NGOs to promote healthy neurodevelopment in the region. She also teaches mindfulness in the SGU community and several courses in SGU’s graduate program in community clinical psychology.
