Leslie Groth
Certified InstructorFrom the moment Leslie Groth sat in the front row at her first Conscious Discipline event in 2005, she knew she had found what she knew but was not sure how to implement herself. CD’s educational focus on the whole family and teachers as well as the child sealed the deal for this out-of-the-box thinker.
Ms. Groth became a Conscious Discipline® Certified Instructor in 2012, bringing her passion for combining the skills and powers for all ages to her custom-designed presentations, workshops, and consultations sensitively tailored for each specific audience demographic. But what is unique about her is that her instructional involvement does not stop when the presentation does.
It is never, “one and done” for Ms. Groth; she is deeply committed to follow-up care. Her dedication to coaching means that she builds relationships that last while walking alongside families, teachers, administrators, and other community members as they embark on their “transformational journey” together.
