During the time we have spent with Leslie, she has presented dynamic trainings and workshops that assist our early childhood staff in developing the knowledge and skills to implement Conscious Discipline with children ages 0-5. She was approachable and always welcomed a discussion. Leslie also acted as a coach to our teaching and administrative staff, spending much time in classrooms, working alongside teachers, and demonstrating in real time how they can utilize Conscious Discipline to support the social and emotional needs of children. Her hands on approach has been an effective support for our program.
Leslie’s presentations are impeccable! Her presentation style allowed our team to work hands on to develop techniques on how to manage our emotions.
