 Ms. Groth’s vast educational experience spans 38 years in Early Childhood Development in various roles such as Board Member, Teacher, Director, and Owner of an Infant-School-Aged Children’s program. Her background makes her an expert in Infants, Preschool-2nd grade, Parents, Foster Parent Agencies/Foster Parents, and Faith-Based Programs. 

Ms. Groth’s passion for her continued education and involvement in her Conscious Discipline practice is driven by her family, especially when one of her six grandchildren implements the skills in their own lives. Her success as an instructor can be attributed to her desire and ability to connect with every participant.  

Ms. Groth is available for group presentations and/or training sessions of all sizes including personal, family, and classroom coaching and in-home consultations.

    Experience

    Ms. Groth has 35 + years’ experience in the field of early childhood education and has been the owner and director of Aunt Fluffy’s Child Care & Preschool, where she also taught.

    Ms. Groth works with children of all ages, teachers, administrators, and parents. She is a grandparent of six.
