Onsite Conscious Discipline Academy

At an Academy, a dedicated team of Instructors and Specialists helps your organization deepen its sense of community, strengthen relationships and sharpen practical skillsets over the course of five intensive days together. Our Academies create a safe, connected space to practice key concepts, problem-solve ongoing challenges and sharpen your use of the skills, structures and language of Conscious Discipline.

Administrative excellence lays the foundation for school-wide success. Our Administrator Coaching and Consultation services are essential tools for administrators as they implement Conscious Discipline, lead by doing and cultivate their Conscious Discipline Action Team (CDAT).

In a Consultation, you will build a relationship with a Master or Certified Instructor who will help you create and execute a customized implementation plan that meets your school or agency’s specific needs. Your consultant will partner with you to address primary goals and schedules, boost buy-in, and problem-solve challenges you may encounter.

With Administrator Coaching, a seasoned Administration Coach will explore friction points, shadow interactions, and provide in implementation insights and best practices that guide you in discovering solutions for your unique school or center. At any stage of the implementation journey, Administrator Coaching will strengthen your skillset, mindset, resolve and school-wide implementation success!
