Conscious Discipline is a brain-based, self-regulation program that builds the capacity of the entire program – from staff, to leaders, to families – to create SAFE environments where all children can thrive.
We support leaders and staff in strengthening self-regulation skills, habits, and consistent adult responses to behavior. With training, coaching, e-learning, and classroom structures, Conscious Discipline provides a comprehensive and actionable program tailored to each Partner’s needs.
Conscious Discipline offers Spanish and English language resources, ready-to-use structures that build community and safety, and conflict resolution scripts that guide children through problem-solving with decreasing adult support.
