Experience
I have over 15 years of experience as an elementary teacher, reading specialist, mentor, and coach. Through these experiences I was named one of the Top Ten Teachers of the Year by Dayton Public Schools. I am a Leadership Coach with the John Maxwell Team, and the founder of Ahali Academy, a nonprofit organization centered on the uplift of children and families in the Dayton Area. I served as an equity coach with Learn to Earn Dayton where I assisted district administrators in creating district-wide implementation plans based on data.
