Kyree Chambers
Certified InstructorKyree Chambers discovered Conscious Discipline early in her career. After receiving her bachelor’s degrees in Elementary and Special Education, Kyree knew her love was for early childhood education. She now operates a private preschool, implementing Conscious Discipline center-wide. Kyree also implements Conscious Discipline coaching CrossFit, sitting on the Board of Trustees for a 6-12 private school, and teaching parent workshops.

She currently coordinates the team of Educational Facilitators of Innovation at the Department of Education of Aruba, incorporating Conscious Discipline in her leadership approach. Certified InstructorAbbi is the founder and Executive Director of The Playing Field, an early childhood program serving children experiencing homelessness right alongside those from far more advantaged families. Prior to this role, Abbi served in a variety of ECE settings including the University of Wisconsin Preschool Lab, Head Start, and community based programs.

Susan Kirby
Certified InstructorSusan Kirby graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. After a career in the financial services industry, she became a stay-at-home mom caring for her two sons, Nick and Thomas. After they entered elementary school, became a tireless volunteer and substitute teacher. Susan has always been comfortable working with children and this gift didn’t escape the Preschool Director at her church, who quickly offered her a position in the Kindergarten classroom. Thus began Susan’s journey of classroom teaching. Ten years later, Susan was offered the position of part-time Parent Educator at Clemson Road Child Development Center, a Title One 4K program in Richland School District 2 in Columbia, South Carolina.

Sue Dierks
Certified InstructorSue Dierks has over 25 years of experience in the field of early childhood education that includes classroom teaching, parent engagement, teacher coaching and training as well as program administration. Sue’s thesis work explored resiliency in Head Start preschoolers and that interest in resiliency continues today through her work with Conscious Discipline.

Mary Margaret Wilson
Certified InstructorMary Margaret Wilson has over 40 years of experience in early childhood education. Her experiences range from early childhood public school classroom teacher to adjunct instructor. She served as an Early Head Start/Head Start Administrator for over nine years. She has many years of experiences coaching teachers and administrators in research based practices to support positive child outcomes and school readiness. She presently serves as an early childhood training and technical assistance consultant in Texas.
