Jill Molli
Certified InstructorJill Molli has a B.A. in Elementary Education and a master’s degree in Counseling. She possesses the gift of delivering the important message of Dr. Becky Bailey’s Conscious Discipline with humor, which makes for a wonderful learning experience. Jill was selected as a Certified Instructor because of her no-nonsense ability to get to the heart of a situation and her commitment to living Conscious Discipline principles at school and at home.

Jinny Datema
Certified InstructorJinny is an influential advocate for mental health, social emotional learning and trauma-informed practices. She draws on her professional background as well as life experiences to deliver relatable, useable information about using Conscious Discipline to create a foundation of protective factors that guard against and heal trauma. Jinny is known for her ability to present deep concepts with calmness, compassion, the ability to meet adults/children exactly where they are, and steadfast positive intent.

Certified InstructorJuana is a mother, a wife, psychologist and educator living in Bogota, Colombia. She has been working for 27 years with children and their families in her private clinical practice and her child development center Vueltacanela as a director. She has specialized in emotional regulation, ADHD, impulsivity, parenting and early childhood. She loves helping families and teachers connect with their children.

Certified InstructorKatie Ahearn believes in education that promotes meeting the child where they are at after addressing her own adult self first. She is an educator who loves the next challenge and to go against the status quo. State officials, district personnel, and any other observers who walk into her planning, classrooms, and trainings describe it as innovative and transformational because of the connection and love apparent in the environment. Kay Zastrow
Certified InstructorKay Zastrow brings to each training decades of classroom experience with children of all ages, including those with special needs and challenging behaviors. As a teacher with a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Special Education and Elementary/Middle School, Kay has practiced the skills of Conscious Discipline in her personal life and professional interactions within preschools, child cares, Head Start settings, public schools and homes. She weaves the principles of Conscious Discipline with her knowledge of sensory integration, behavioral interventions and brain development into each sought after presentation and coaching session. Within each training, she shares her documented learner success as she helps staff, parents and children integrate the skills of Conscious Discipline into their lives for a transformational experience.

Kelly Frazier-Wawire
Certified InstructorKelly Frazier-Wawire’s more than 15 years in education have been “a road less traveled.” Although she began her career in high schools, she transitioned to first grade after teaching in Bangladesh as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Most of her adventures and her greatest lessons have been learned in The Chicago Public Schools, where she’s been a teacher, an administrator, a social worker and, most recently, a district-wide SEL specialist. She’s also a new mom and appreciates how helpful Conscious Discipline is in everyday life!
