Certified InstructorCheryl Cotter is a wife, mother and special educator with over 29 years of experience. Cheryl discovered Conscious Discipline when she was looking for a better way to support her son. She had followed all the doctors’ recommendations for behavior management tools; nothing was working. She learned about Conscious Discipline at a training in New Hampshire and never looked back.

Certified InstructorCristy Roberts holds a degree in Deaf Education from the University of Tulsa, but what makes her a powerful presenter is her years of experience working with children and developing staff. She had been a Pre-K classroom teacher, child care director, Head Start Site Director, Early Head Start and Head Start Training Specialist and is currently the Training Director for The Early Childhood Education Institute at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Certified InstructorDiana Nelson earned a Master’s degree in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Vermont. She has been in the field of education for over 15 years, including teaching grades K-12 in both the public and private sector. Diana’s teaching experiences span across administration, classroom teaching and curriculum development.
