Nicole Langston
Certified InstructorNicole Langston, an educator with over 17 years of experience and mother of four, discovered Conscious Discipline when she first became a principal. Nicole has worked as a Director of Early Childhood, principal, and elementary teacher while also leading Parents as Teachers, Gifted and Talented, Head Start and pregnant and parenting teens. She has an Ed.S in Education Policy and Analysis from the University of Missouri, a M.Ed from William Woods University, and a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Missouri State University.

Bailey Smith
Certified InstructorBailey Smith is a wife, teacher and nanny to two young boys. She has taught Grades 3-5 in Title I schools for the last six years. Bailey attended a Conscious Discipline Summer Institute prior to her first year of teaching and is grateful that she was able to begin her teaching career with the program’s powers, skills and structures. She has led staff training in Conscious Discipline and guided other teachers through the implementation process.

Certified InstructorCheryl Cotter is a wife, mother and special educator with over 29 years of experience. Cheryl discovered Conscious Discipline when she was looking for a better way to support her son. She had followed all the doctors’ recommendations for behavior management tools; nothing was working. She learned about Conscious Discipline at a training in New Hampshire and never looked back.

Kelly Frazier-Wawire
Certified InstructorKelly Frazier-Wawire’s more than 15 years in education have been “a road less traveled.” Although she began her career in high schools, she transitioned to first grade after teaching in Bangladesh as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Most of her adventures and her greatest lessons have been learned in The Chicago Public Schools, where she’s been a teacher, an administrator, a social worker and, most recently, a district-wide SEL specialist. She’s also a new mom and appreciates how helpful Conscious Discipline is in everyday life!

Certified InstructorMegan Shea-Bates has over 10 years of experience in the classroom and in administrative roles, ranging from special education Pre-K to adults in diverse environments. She discovered Conscious Discipline as an administrator and has used those foundational practices to educate, train and coach parents, teachers and leaders.

Rozlyn Grant
Certified InstructorRozlyn Grant is a wife, mother of two boys and passionate early childhood educator with over 19 years’ experience in teaching, administration, coaching and consulting in public and private sectors. Rozlyn has a B.A. in Child & Family Development and a M.A. Ed. in Education Administration/Adult Learning. Conscious Discipline is a way of life for Rozlyn and her family as she strives to make the world a better place one interaction at a time.

Kyree Chambers
Certified InstructorKyree Chambers discovered Conscious Discipline early in her career. After receiving her bachelor’s degrees in Elementary and Special Education, Kyree knew her love was for early childhood education. She now operates a private preschool, implementing Conscious Discipline center-wide. Kyree also implements Conscious Discipline coaching CrossFit, sitting on the Board of Trustees for a 6-12 private school, and teaching parent workshops.

Tymothy Smith
Certified InstructorTym Smith began working in the education field in 1986. After spending more than five years in the classroom, he advanced to fill various positions including Education Specialist, Assistant Director, Site Manager, Director and District Manager. He owns and operates five early education programs in Texas and is on the board of directors for The Association for Early Learning Leaders.

Certified InstructorTracy Skripka is a Public School Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has been instrumental in the implementation of Conscious Discipline school and district-wide. Tracy uses Conscious Discipline as the foundation of her school counseling program and her private counseling practice.
