Caitlin Vockroth is an educator, coach, and facilitator 15+ years of experience supporting teachers, leaders, and school communities in creating environments where both children and adults can thrive. She began her career as an elementary teacher before becoming an instructional coach, where she spent five years leading school-wide implementation of Conscious Discipline in an elementary setting. Caitlin later served as a district-level coach supporting instructional coaches across K–12 schools, focusing on strengthening coaching practice and building capacity for sustained instructional growth. Today, she is a coach and program director for an educational technology organization, partnering with middle schools across Maryland to deepen instructional practice and improve student learning outcomes.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, Caitlin also teaches in an ICF-accredited coach training program at Anne Arundel Community College. She is a Certified Conscious Discipline Instructor and certified meditation instructor, integrating mindfulness, self-regulation, and relational practices into her work.

Caitlin is passionate about helping educators transform how they show up:m grounded in connection, emotional safety, and self-regulation.
