Cristy’s true passion is as a teacher of mental health. She has a “let’s just do this” way of motivating others to stretch and grow. Cristy connects with the participants while sharing her knowledge and love for Conscious Discipline through her real life experiences of being a mom of 5 and a grandmother of 3. She is very open, honest and engaging with a laid back, witty style.

Cristy has been a trainer for over 20 years and has helped families, classroom teachers, child care centers, head start agencies and school districts commit to transformational change with Conscious Discipline!

    For over 30 years, Cristy has been working with children, teachers, child care centers, Head Start agencies, schools, and school districts. She has been a Pre-K teacher, center director, agency trainer and national presenter.
