Kyree Chambers
Certified InstructorKyree Chambers discovered Conscious Discipline early in her career. After receiving her bachelor’s degrees in Elementary and Special Education, Kyree knew her love was for early childhood education. She now operates a private preschool, implementing Conscious Discipline center-wide. Kyree also implements Conscious Discipline coaching CrossFit, sitting on the Board of Trustees for a 6-12 private school, and teaching parent workshops.

Certified InstructorTym Smith began working in the education field in 1986. After spending more than five years in the classroom, he advanced to fill various positions including Education Specialist, Assistant Director, Site Manager, Director and District Manager. He owns and operates five early education programs in Texas and is on the board of directors for The Association for Early Learning Leaders.

Certified InstructorGina is a wife, mother, grandmother, teacher, trainer, coach, and team leader who has worked in the educational field for more than 20 years. She currently coordinates the team of Educational Facilitators of Innovation at the Department of Education of Aruba, incorporating Conscious Discipline in her leadership approach. She also facilitates Conscious Discipline workshops for parents and educators.

Certified InstructorVanessa Zara has over fifteen years of experience in education. She learned about Conscious Discipline in 2007 and has spent eight years providing coaching and training to her organization. She has also organized and led Conscious Discipline workshops for educators and parents.

Mandy Herold
Certified InstructorMandy has been the Headmistress (Principal) at a leading independent school in Johannesburg for the last 10 years. She is mom to two beautiful children, Robyn and Ryan, and a proud wife to Garreth. Mandy has been working in Independent Schools, both Pre-K and elementary, with children aged 3-9 for 20 years. Mandy sits on the Board of Directors at a local Pre-Primary School. She is part of the leadership team of the Conscious Parenting Association South Africa and a member of the Association for Coaching.

Katie Ahearn
Certified InstructorKatie Ahearn believes in education that promotes meeting the child where they are at after addressing her own adult self first. She is an educator who loves the next challenge and to go against the status quo. State officials, district personnel, and any other observers who walk into her planning, classrooms, and trainings describe it as innovative and transformational because of the connection and love apparent in the environment. Education is truly the great equalizer, when schools are safe, connected, and work to solve problems.

Amy Niemeier
Certified InstructorAmy Niemeier has been an educator for seventeen years and is currently in her seventh year as principal of Slate Run Elementary School. Amy holds her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University and Education Specialist degree from Indiana State University. After seeing the positive impact Conscious Discipline had on her personal life as a wife and mother as well as on children, families, and the school community since 2013, Amy has made it her mission to share Conscious Discipline with others.

Velda McKenzie
Certified InstructorVelda McKenzie is a 35+ year veteran of the classroom. She has taught physical education, science, and reading to students from PreK-6th grade and regularly delivers keynotes, in-service training, and classroom coaching. She has received numerous honors, including the 2015 Pioneer in Education and the 2004 Mexico, Missouri Teacher of the Year. She is passionate about Conscious Discipline and equipping others with the skills to respond rather than react to life’s situations. Her presentations are described as empowering, upbeat, and engaging.
