Certified InstructorMary Margaret Wilson has over 40 years of experience in early childhood education. Her experiences range from early childhood public school classroom teacher to adjunct instructor. She served as an Early Head Start/Head Start Administrator for over nine years. She has many years of experiences coaching teachers and administrators in research based practices to support positive child outcomes and school readiness. She presently serves as an early childhood training and technical assistance consultant in Texas.

Jennifer Skrivanek
Certified InstructorJennifer Arnold Skrivanek graduated from Texas A&M University in 1987 with a Bachelors Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Her first teaching experience was in third grade in Bryan Texas. After spending time at home caring for her young children she returned to teaching and worked in a church preschool setting for five years. Jennifer then returned to the public-school setting in Bryan, Texas teaching Kindergarten for eight years.

Cristy Roberts
Certified InstructorCristy Roberts holds a degree in Deaf Education from the University of Tulsa, but what makes her a powerful presenter is her years of experience working with children and developing staff. She had been a Pre-K classroom teacher, child care director, Head Start Site Director, Early Head Start and Head Start Training Specialist and is currently the Training Director for The Early Childhood Education Institute at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Certified InstructorFor more than 12 years Ashley Dwyer has dedicated herself to working with young children, not only in the classroom setting but also as part of an elementary school administrative team and as the mother of two young girls. Ashley is a Conscious Discipline Certified Instructor and she established Connected At Last, LLC in 2015 as a way to help educators, parents and caregivers transform their relationships with children using Conscious Discipline®. Ashley does this through professional development opportunities, classroom coaching, parent workshops and individual family coaching sessions.

Certified InstructorAmy Zolessi has a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Elementary Education and Spanish. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. As a parent of three young boys and an early childhood educator for 10 years, Amy Zolessi knows children. She understands the challenges of parenting and teaching first hand and how Conscious Discipline can help parents and educators deal with those challenges. As a teacher, she inspired her staff and implemented Conscious Discipline school-wide at her former school.
