Carla Briezen
Certified InstructorCarla Briezen has been working in the field of education in Aruba for over 20 years. Her aim is to introduce Conscious Discipline to as many people as possible and to be an example of living the principles of Conscious Discipline. Carla believes that adults and children alike can grow and live joyous, valuable lives founded on love instead of fear. By consciously accessing our brilliance when we apply the powers and skills of Conscious Discipline, we can build more loving and connected families, schools, companies and communities.

Rachel Frasier
Certified InstructorWith two decades of teaching experience, Rachel Frasier whole-heartedly integrates the powers and skills of Conscious Discipline into all aspects of her life. She has the unique perspective of serving as an elementary school dance specialist, allowing her to build relationships with all the students and families in her school. Rachel is a NC Teaching Fellow and graduate of Meredith College, where she earned a BA in Dance and her K-12 Dance Education Certification.

Certified InstructorPriscila Dávila was born in Mexico. She is married and has two children. She works as a Certified Instructor giving trainings, coaching and conferences to teachers and parents alike. Her more than 25 years of experience in the education field and enthusiasm for Conscious Discipline make her a compelling speaker and knowledgeable coach.

Kay Zastrow
Certified InstructorKay Zastrow brings to each training decades of classroom experience with children of all ages, including those with special needs and challenging behaviors. As a teacher with a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Special Education and Elementary/Middle School, Kay has practiced the skills of Conscious Discipline in her personal life and professional interactions within preschools, child cares, Head Start settings, public schools and homes. She weaves the principles of Conscious Discipline with her knowledge of sensory integration, behavioral interventions and brain development into each sought after presentation and coaching session. Within each training, she shares her documented learner success as she helps staff, parents and children integrate the skills of Conscious Discipline into their lives for a transformational experience.

Dinah Schaller
Certified InstructorDinah Lee Schaller is a Licensed Master of Social Worker who partners with schools, childcare centers and educational institutions to help them develop a positive culture and climate with the use of Conscious Discipline. After spending nearly two decades in education, consultation and classroom coaching, Dinah knows what truly drives the development of a highly effective positive culture and climate for all learners and all staff. Dinah accomplishes this by connecting with the heart-beating staff and students that she is trying to help by sharing her diverse personal and professional experience by working within educational institutions in Michigan.

Diana Nelson
Certified InstructorDiana Nelson earned a Master’s degree in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Vermont. She has been in the field of education for over 15 years, including teaching grades K-12 in both the public and private sector. Diana’s teaching experiences span across administration, classroom teaching and curriculum development. She shares her passion for Conscious Discipline within her community in South Bay Los Angeles teaching parents, students, teachers and administrators. Diana is supported by her loving husband and two young children.
