Schools and families rely on Mental Health Providers such as School Counselors, Social Workers, Mental Health Consultants, Therapists and School Psychologists to be the calm in the storm during times of stress and upset, but these dedicated professionals aren’t immune to compassion fatigue, stress and upset themselves. When you are the one responsible for conflict resolution, it’s hard to give yourself the space to discern what your own triggers might be and how to self-regulate through them before you’re able to help anyone else.

Join Certified Instructors Anne Hoff, Tracy Skripka and Kelsey Donnini as they provide the safe space necessary for Mental Health Providers to prioritize their own care and wellbeing. Then, apply and practice actionable ways to integrate Conscious Discipline with mental health and education to breathe new life into your role as Mental Health Provider. Renew your sense of safety, connection and problem-solving by surrounding yourself with a Conscious Discipline Family who knows exactly what you’re facing in your day-day, and how to help.

Wherever you practice, this two-day event will help you increase your own reflective capacity, reenergize your outlook, and build your skillset so you can provide effective, responsive interventions and therapeutic opportunities for the adults and children in your care. Mental Health Professionals deserve the same time, attention, and care as they pour into everyone else; are you willing to receive it?
