   This book is so helpful. It not only helped me in my own life and with my own family, but it truly helped me understand the children I am teaching. It breaks down each emotion and what the core want is for each emotion. It helps you understand the emotions we all have but in a new way. It goes deeper than any book I have ever read and I can honestly say, this book has changed my life.
