How can Conscious Discipline reduce episodes of rage in the classroom?

Not all methods of de-escalation are effective. Conscious Discipline is a trauma-responsive, evidence-based social and emotional learning (SEL) program that believes all behavior is a form of communication. Through our education conferences, workshops, implementation tools, and online resources, we teach researched and practical skills and applications that are useful for both children and adults. It’s far beyond “just taking a deep breath.” We delve deep into cycles of violence, reactive violence, and internal states that can inform your Rage Prevention and Intervention Program.

    Is Conscious Discipline certified?

Conscious Discipline has received numerous awards and certifications over the years, including being a SELect program, the highest designation given by the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL). We provide resources for teachers, administrators, and parents as well as mental health professionals.
