Important Details

A Site License grants permission for group access to course content. Users will need a stable internet connection and the ability to access the course video sessions via the Internet. Groups must designate a Team Administrator to invite and manage members of team. Individual Users must create an account to access course content through your Site License. Groups larger than 750 participants require multiple site licenses.

Course Description

Any time we don’t show up as our full selves, it can take a toll on our minds, our bodies, and our influence on those in our care. Conscious Discipline’s powers and skills seek to change that dynamic.  

Engage with Equity is a first-of-its-kind eLearning experience that invites you to wade deep into hard conversations about culture and Conscious Discipline in a way that feels inclusive, supportive, and honoring of each person’s unique journey.  

In this 11-part series filmed with a live workshop audience, Conscious Discipline Certified Instructor Latoria Marcellus and other leaders share how the core principles and concepts of Conscious Discipline shape how they show up in the world. They explore ways educators with differing lenses can center themselves, discuss the importance of a Conscious Discipline practice for those working with Black children, and celebrate diverse expressions of implementation.  

Latoria guides on-screen participants and those participating via eLearning with safety, connection, and confidence as she and her expert team navigate equity issues, practical application, language differences, healthy cycles of rupture and repair, and cultural shifts within the practice of Conscious Discipline. Conscious Discipline content is protected in whole and/or in part by state and federal copyright laws, trademark laws, and international treaty provisions. All title and copyrights in and to Conscious Discipline course content, including but not limited to intellectual property as well as any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, electronic applications, and accompanying printed materials incorporated into Conscious Discipline course materials are owned by Conscious Discipline and Dr. Becky Bailey.
