- Learn the origins, characteristics and purpose of anger, and utilize this information to manage your own internal states and respond to others’ anger effectively.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

One CEU is equivalent to approximately ten contact hours. After completing this course and receiving your Certificate of Completion, you must register for the corresponding CEU offering (1 CEU) through Concordia University Wisconsin.
