Meet Your Instructors
Diane Phelan
Pasadena, Texas
Diane is passionate about helping adults that work with all age students. Her specialty is those that work and support pre teens and teenagers. With over 30 years of experience in education from early childhood to high school, Diane has a strong understanding of the demands educators and administrators face, and enables her to demonstrate, teach and model how to seamlessly integrate it all with Conscious Discipline. Her over 15 years of experience as a school principal at the secondary level drives her to help all teachers so they can help all students.
Jill Molli
Columbia, Missouri
Jill's experience includes delivering state and national keynotes, teaching children with behavior disabilities, teaching elementary school and serving as a school counselor. Her background has proved invaluable in teaching schools and school districts how to implement Conscious Discipline. She has also taught hundreds of Conscious Discipline parenting classes, with audiences including imprisoned mothers, "Soccer Dads," and parents interested in learning more about how to parent their children. Teacher Event Registration Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy my teacher event tickets on the same day?
We will accommodate walk-ins as space allows provided that full payment is provided before entry (plus the additional 20% administration fee); however, our teacher events are often waitlisted. We do not allow entry for new walk-ins if the event is sold out.
Can I cancel or substitute a person?
Cancellations can be done up to 30 days prior to the teacher event with no extra charge, but substitutions will be subject to a $25 fee after that point. You will need to directly contact our team to make the switch. For team registrations, log into your account to access the team created for the event under My Account. Once there you can remove/cancel members and add new members. Substitutions must be made and confirmed prior to onsite arrival.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to events.team@consciousdiscipline. For those without a substitute, a full refund minus a $100 processing fee will be available up to 30 days prior to the educator event.If I’m on the waitlist, how do I know where I am on the list?
When an event is sold out, attendees on the waitlist are considered priority on a first come first served basis. If a spot opens, you will receive an email. You must respond with a yes or no by the given date in the email or your seat will be released to the next person on the waitlist.
Do you accept Purchase Orders (PO) for your teacher events?
Yes. POs must include the recipient’s name and address, PO number, itemized list, and matching order total. Note that your order is subject to be CANCELED if we do not receive your PO within 15 days of placing the order. We require payment to be received no more than 15 days AFTER receiving your purchase order or your registration may be canceled.

Scholarships
We do not offer military discounts, student discounts, or group discounts for our teacher conferences and workshops; however, we do offer special prices for scholarship members and helpers:
- Scholarship seats cover tuition fees and course materials for educator workshops and conferences, but not travel, accommodations, or meals. Also, discount packages are not covered. Note that selections are non-transferable, meaning that if you are selected for a seat in one teacher workshop and cannot make it, you will need to submit another application for a different educator workshop or event.
- Helpers will be provided free registration, lodging, per diem meals, and travel up to $500 for attendance days. As with scholarship seats, helper selections are non-transferable between teacher events.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance about two weeks after our teacher conference.
CEU-eligible events are based on the length of training (10 contact/training hours = 1 CEU). 1 CEU costs $99.00 to purchase through Concordia University. Attendees of the Conscious Discipline Workshops are approved to earn four (4) CEUs through Concordia University Wisconsin. Attendees who wish to obtain CEUs must apply through CUW.
