Incidents of anger, rage, and aggression are on the rise nationwide. Over the last 50 years, we have stopped “being a village,” losing the support systems and relationships necessary to respond to children as a community. Then the COVID-19 pandemic uncovered and exacerbated existing challenges impacting the education system, teacher morale, and child development in ways we will be addressing for decades.

There is a tendency to think of anger, rage, and aggression as a single category of challenging behaviors. It’s critical that we differentiate between them if we are to address them successfully. Over the course of this specialized two-day workshop, you will learn to recognize the differences between and root causes of anger, rage, and aggression. We will then use this understanding to create interventions that effectively address the behaviors and underlying issues of all three to ensure lasting behavior change.

Learn how to proactively handle the increase in challenging behaviors by differentiating between anger, rage, and aggression; how to respond to each; and how to establish a Rage Prevention and Intervention Program to create a safer, more supportive educational community.

This educational workshop is perfect for educators, counselors, and administrators in Pre-K, Head Start, and through 6th grade. Join us and our experts at Anger, Rage & Aggression: Creating Effective Interventions For All Three.
