This course is designed to be a brief two-hour introduction to Conscious Discipline. Participants learn about the Brain Smart Start, the difference between traditional discipline and Conscious Discipline and the Brain State Model. Participants will learn the skill of active calming, noticing to download and noticing for encouragement.
