In this 11-part series filmed with a live workshop audience, Conscious Discipline Certified Instructor Latoria Marcellus and other leaders share how the core principles and concepts of Conscious Discipline shape how they show up in the world. They explore ways educators with differing lenses can center themselves, discuss the importance of a Conscious Discipline practice for those working with Black children, and celebrate diverse expressions of implementation.
Latoria guides on-screen participants and those participating via eLearning with safety, connection, and confidence as she and her expert team navigate equity issues, practical application, language differences, healthy cycles of rupture and repair, and cultural shifts within the practice of Conscious Discipline.
