More About Lisa Brull arrow-right

Lisa is a wife, mother of 4 and an experienced educator who is passionate about helping adults transform the way they connect, teach, and lead. What Lisa values most about her Conscious Discipline journey is not simply what she has learned, but who she has become. The greatest transformation has been the internal shift that has empowered her to embrace the belief that mistakes are opportunities to learn, all behavior is communication, and every conflict is an opportunity to teach a better way.

As a coach, Lisa is passionate about seeing the best in others and meeting people where they are at while guiding them toward meaningful growth. Her strengths-based approach helps educators develop the mindset and lifelong skills needed to build safe, connected learning environments that foster resilience, responsibility and lasting change.  Helping others experience their own Conscious Discipline transformation and witnessing the profound impact it has on children, families, schools and communities is what inspires Lisa every day.
