Heidi Condrey has been a passionate leader in early childhood education for 25 years. Her career has centered around the empowerment of educators, children, and their families. Heidi served as a leader in Head Start for over twenty years and is deeply committed to the Head Start mission. Through her work with Head Start, Heidi was introduced to Conscious Discipline, and a new passion was born. For over a decade, she shared the Conscious Discipline message with Head Start programs across the nation as a Conscious Discipline Certified Instructor.  

Most recently, Heidi has had the honor of serving as a Conscious Discipline Partner Development Manager who works exclusively with Head Start programs. This opportunity has further extended her impact as she develops relationships with Head Start programs and guides their Conscious Discipline journey through creating a customized implementation plan to meet their unique program design and needs.  

Heidi holds a master’s degree in education with a specialization in teacher leadership. Her professional impact continues to reach educators, leaders, and the Head Start community.

    Experience

    Heidi has over 25 years experience in early childhood education. She has served our youngest children in a variety of ways including teacher, education manager and trainer for teachers and parents.

    Specialization

    Heidi specializes in training for teachers and parents focused on infant/toddler, preschool, Head Start, Early Head Start, and child care centers.

    Certification

    Heidi is a Conscious Discipline Certified Instructor, has earned her Virginia Post Graduate Professional Teaching Licensure and is a CLASS Reliable Observer in Toddler and Pre-K.

    Education

    Heidi holds a Master’s degree in Education with a Specialization in Teacher Leadership.
