Susan Hampel is an energetic, passionate trainer, coach and educator, with 20 years experience as a preschool teacher. She currently works for the University of Dayton’s Bombeck Family Learning Center as an outreach coordinator for Preschool Promise. Preschool Promise is a community based education program that ensures every 4year old in Dayton receive a high quality Preschool education. She utilizes Conscious Discipline to improve the social emotional education in the Preschools Promise sites all over the area. Her passion and gift is teaching Conscious Discipline in order to plant the seeds of inspiration, creativity and love for children as a way to a better future. She also teaches parenting classes for Head Start of Montgomery County throughout the community.
