Susan holds a Bachelor’s and a Master of Science Degree in Education. She has been practicing Conscious Discipline since hearing Dr. Bailey at an International Conference in Germany in 1999 while working with the United States Air Force. She believes that all parents, caregivers, and teachers have good intentions – but she knows that good intentions need discipline to become realities – Conscious Discipline™️. Her educational experiences range from high-school teacher to Instructor at Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio; and, Chair of the Early Childhood Department at Owens Community College, Toledo, Ohio. She has also served as a Head Start Curriculum Specialist and an international Early Childhood Specialist with the United Stated Air Force. She currently is grateful to divide her time between Florida and Colorado.
