Sara Royer has committed her 17+ year career in education to the betterment of children and teachers in her care. She has worked in various capacities, including 6 years as a 2nd grade, 1st grade, and PreK teacher, 2 years as a School Based Technology Specialist, 4 years as an Early Childhood Instructional Coach, and 5 years as a Professional Development Specialist. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with teachers and administrators in elementary, Early Head Start, and PreK settings, helping educators develop attuned relationships, self-regulation, and resilience with a focus on successful and collaborative implementation.
Sara holds a Master’s Degree in Education, Integrating Technology K-12 from Walden University. She also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from James Madison University. Her extensive academic background has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to support and lead educational initiatives effectively.
Passionate about early childhood education, Sara specializes in Early Childhood, Infant Toddler, Headstart, Elementary, Administration, Coaching, and Mentoring. She is dedicated to empowering educators to share their gifts with students and families, fostering a sense of safety and connection.
