With over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, Michelle has taken on diverse roles, including teacher, parent educator, administrator, and coach. She specializes in supporting teachers in Early Head Start and Head Start programs, drawing upon her extensive experience working with children from birth to age five. Michelle is deeply committed to creating inclusive environments that serve children affected by adverse experiences alongside their more advantaged peers.
Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree in education with a focus on Early Childhood from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin.
