“Jinny is passionate about Conscious Discipline as well it’s mission to support social and emotional development for all ages. As a trainer, Jinny is very conscious of her audience and their needs, striving diligently to “teach” to levels of learners. Jinny brings a wide variety of life experiences to the table which she blends seamlessly into her work with Conscious Discipline.”
I have attended several trainings with Jinny. She has a natural calming heir about her that helps everyone to feel comfortable. She instinctively assumes positive intent in situations. She has experience in the classroom and as a school counselor, so she is very aware of the real life situations and is willing to dive in and help walk through how to navigate with both students and adults. Jinny is real, authentic and a true bright light. She made me feel safe to ask questions and learn without judgment and I appreciate that. Conscious Discipline is a mind shift as we know and Jinny recognizes where you are in your journey and gently helps to move you forward on your path.
“Each day, I grew more grateful for being in the group where Jinny’s skills and approaches were causing me to hang on her every word. She comes from a place of experience, intuition, and belief in the practice that is unlike others. Her wisdom and thoughtfulness inspired me into another project for sharing the skills and values of Conscious Discipline in hopes of implementing adult structures for a large college culture.”
“Jinny has been blessed with the gift of connection. She has an innate ability to connect with her audience with genuineness, approachability and knowledgeable authority that can only lead to trust and relationship.”
“Jinny is skilled at developing the rapport and trust with others necessary to present. Her altruistic spirit is immediately conveyed in her trainings. She is ingenious in her problem solving skills and is able to answer every question. I learn something new every time I hear her speak even if it is the same presentation.”
