I was introduced to Conscious Discipline in 2017, and from the very first training, I knew I had found something I had been searching for. Conscious Discipline resonated deeply, providing answers to questions I had carried throughout my career as a parent, educator, and leader.

What began as a professional learning opportunity quickly became a personal journey of growth and transformation. Conscious Discipline changed the way I see behavior, relationships, and myself. It taught me the power of connection, the importance of self-regulation, and how to respond with intention rather than react from emotion.

As a mother and educator, I have seen firsthand how Conscious Discipline transforms relationships both at home and in the classroom.

Over the years, Conscious Discipline has become part of who I am. It influences how I show up for my family, my colleagues, and the children and adults I have the privilege of serving. Sharing this work with others is one of the greatest honors of my life, and I am passionate about helping people discover the same hope, healing, and connection that Conscious Discipline has brought to my life.
