Amy Zolessi has a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Elementary Education and Spanish. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. As a parent of three young boys and an early childhood educator for 10 years, Amy Zolessi knows children. She understands the challenges of parenting and teaching first hand and how Conscious Discipline can help parents and educators deal with those challenges. As a teacher, she inspired her staff and implemented Conscious Discipline school-wide at her former school.

Amy is a National Certified Conscious Discipline Instructor and has various gifts in delivering this information. Her energy and humor will keep attendees at your workshop, conference or training engaged and looking for more. She has been a speaker at various National and State Conferences and is continually requested to return to schools for further training, school-wide implementations and coaching. She is also featured in Dr. Becky Bailey’s book, “Creating the School Family.”



    Amy has been in the field of education for 15 years and has worked with schools and children, ages 0 – 10.


    Amy specializes in infant through elementary age, administration, group trainings, school-wide implementation, parent coaching and keynote speaking.

    Amy holds a Elementary Education, a B.A. in Spanish and a M.S. in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
