Lead your school to positive transformation that fuels academic and life success.
Lead your school with evidence-based SEL that cultivates healthy relationships; promotes effective SEL via adult modeling of prosocial behaviors (adult-first SEL); nurtures those who have been marginalized, are defiant/resistant or live with trauma; and fuels academic and life success for all stakeholders.
For 25 years, Conscious Discipline has brought transformational change to schools and districts worldwide. At this two-day workshop, Master Instructor Jill Molli will equip you with the tools you need to begin making a positive shift of your own.
- Experience a Conscious Discipline school firsthand, acquire essential skillset and mindset shifts, and witness inspirational stories that will help you transform your school from average to excellent or from struggling to succeeding.
- Create an authentic climate of inclusion, compassion, safety and connection that decreases discipline referrals and bullying behaviors, fosters educational equity, and increases achievement for all.
- Recognize outward signs of stress, upset and trauma; discover how these factors impact behavior and learning; and learn proven strategies for helping staff and students manage their effects.
- Understand why it’s essential to put the seven powers and skills of Conscious Discipline into practice at the leadership level first, then with staff, then with students—and learn how to do so successfully.
