Now more than ever schools, teachers and parents recognize students’ unique and varied needs and are seeking to meet them effectively. Diverse learners require flexible, responsive solutions and the current model focused on rewards and external motivation creates more harm than good. Teachers who implement Conscious Discipline practices understand that intrinsic motivation and inner resources of emotional regulation are the keys to long-term, student success. Those inner resources are made accessible to students with disabilities by using scaffolded best practices of Conscious Discipline’s structures.

Over the course of this specialized, two day workshop, you will be offered practical tools for communication, social interaction, and creating ASD-friendly learning environments that foster understanding and growth. Discover the power of responding to the emotions of others with empathy and learn how to foster safety in children through authentic rituals, structures and values for a lifetime of transformational change.

This education workshop is designed for educators and administrators from birth to grade 5. Learn how to create a nurturing environment where diverse learners can thrive at: Adult Self-Regulation: Supporting Neurodivergent Children.
