Elizabeth Montero-Cefalo graduated from the University of Miami with a Masters in Early Childhood Special Education and is a talented trainer who has worked extensively with special needs children. In fact, her special education classroom was recognized as a Conscious Discipline model classroom by Dr. Becky Bailey and Miami-Dade County Public School District. Because Dr. Bailey recognized Elizabeth’s commitment to Conscious Discipline and her ability to share her expertise with others, she asked Elizabeth to become an LGA.
Heidi CondreyCertified Instructor
As a Conscious Discipline Certified Instructor, Heidi Condrey is passionate about sharing the Conscious Discipline message with others. Heidi has worked in the field of early childhood education for sixteen years. A state licensed teacher, Heidi holds a Master’s Degree in Education with a specialization in Teacher Leadership. Her career has centered around early childhood education and the empowerment of both children and their families.
Jane PlumCertified Instructor
Conscious Discipline was the answer when Jane Plum searched for a program to meet the classroom management and social/emotional curriculum needs at the preschool where she served as director. Since she made that discovery in 2006, she has been passionate about her personal Conscious Discipline journey. After watching the many successes in her school, her goal has become sharing Conscious Discipline with others.
Jennifer SkrivanekCertified Instructor
Jennifer Arnold Skrivanek graduated from Texas A&M University in 1987 with a Bachelors Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Her first teaching experience was in third grade in Bryan Texas. After spending time at home caring for her young children she returned to teaching and worked in a church preschool setting for five years. Jennifer then returned to the public-school setting in Bryan, Texas teaching Kindergarten for eight years.

Jenny Barkac has a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She has been in the education field for over 25 years as a teacher of Infant and Toddlers, Preschool, Behavior Interventionist, K-6, and is an Adjunct Professor teaching a Behavior Management Course using Conscious Discipline.

Jill Molli has a B.A. in Elementary Education and a Masters in Counseling. She possess the gift of delivering this important message of Dr. Becky Bailey’s Conscious Discipline program with humor which makes for a wonderful learning experience. Jill was selected as an LGA because of her no-nonsense ability to get to the heart of a situation plus her commitment to living Conscious Discipline principles at school and at home.
Jonathan EastmanCertified Instructor
Jonathan Eastman has a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. He has taught Pre-K to 2nd grade and has worked for many years as a children’s entertainer, storyteller and games-master. Jonathan employs that playful dynamic of sharing Conscious Discipline® and cooperative play activities with school staff, parent groups and organizations that value social-emotional intelligence. What he loves most is to engage with children. He is a master trainer with the Palm Beach County Early Childhood Registry and a program consultant for the Fatherhood Task Force of South Florida.
Joni SpencerCertified Instructor
Joni Spencer, BA, LSW has been a teacher from 8 years of age for her younger siblings. Joni dreamed about making a difference in this world by teaching and sharing her love for children in any way she could. At 38 years old she started college and graduated with a Mental Health Degree in 1994 and a Social Work degree in 1997 from Wright State University.
