Priscila Dávila was born in Mexico. She is married and has two children. She works as a Certified Instructor giving trainings, coaching and conferences to teachers and parents alike. Her more than 25 years of experience in the education field and enthusiasm for Conscious Discipline make her a compelling speaker and knowledgeable coach.
Megan DuplainCertified Instructor
Megan Duplain has 25 years of experience in education, including roles as a special educator and an administrator. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Special Education and is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She is currently in the fourth year of leading a successful district-wide rollout of Conscious Discipline in the Litchfield Elementary School District in Arizona.
Kyndal EasterCertified Instructor
Kyndal Easter lives in Northern California with her husband, new baby boy and dog. She is currently a School Leader at The Primary School in East Palo Alto, CA, where she has the honor of focusing her work on creating safe and supportive environments for students, families and staff. Her 10+ years of experience in education also include work as an early childhood teacher and early literacy coach.
Rachel FrasierCertified Instructor
With two decades of teaching experience, Rachel Frasier whole-heartedly integrates the powers and skills of Conscious Discipline into all aspects of her life. She has the unique perspective of serving as an elementary school dance specialist, allowing her to build relationships with all the students and families in her school. Rachel is a NC Teaching Fellow and graduate of Meredith College, where she earned a BA in Dance and her K-12 Dance Education Certification.
Kelly Frazier-WawireCertified Instructor
Kelly Frazier-Wawire’s more than 15 years in education have been “a road less traveled.” Although she began her career in high schools, she transitioned to first grade after teaching in Bangladesh as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Most of her adventures and her greatest lessons have been learned in The Chicago Public Schools, where she’s been a teacher, an administrator, a social worker and, most recently, a district-wide SEL specialist. She’s also a new mom and appreciates how helpful Conscious Discipline is in everyday life!
Ashley FurnellCertified Instructor
Ashley has over 10 years of experience in the classroom and has been using Conscious Discipline since 2011. Currently an early childhood special education teacher and mother to two young girls, Ashley knows firsthand the struggles that come from raising and teaching young kids. She credits Conscious Discipline with supporting her in reaching her most challenging students and building a strong School Family. She is passionate about helping others learn Conscious Discipline in fun, creative, and relatable ways.
Vicky HeplerMaster Instructor
For over 35 years, Vicky has been an early childhood educator teaching Pre-K, kindergarten, first grade and self-contained special needs for children with autism. Along with her position as a resource teacher for Orange County Public Schools in Orlando, Florida, these experiences enable her to understand what educators deal with on a daily basis. Her classroom is a nationwide model for Conscious Discipline implementation and has been featured in professional development videos.

Karen HickmanMaster Instructor
Karen Hickman has a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She has been in the field of education for over 25 years, including teaching grades 4-6 in public school, operating an in-home preschool program for ten years and teaching as an adjunct professor for the University of Missouri-Columbia. Karen also has background experience as a Certified High/Scope Trainer and a Certified High/Scope Teacher. In 2003, the Central Missouri Association for the Education of Young Children honored Karen with the Outstanding Early Childhood Professional Award.
