CD Connect is an exciting new offering from Conscious Discipline that focuses on connecting practitioners together for virtual, short, engaging and live events on specific and actionable topics within the Conscious Discipline ecosystem.
Cancellations:
In order to request a refund, please email your request to [email protected] at least 30 days before the date of the event. Refund requests received at least 30 days before the date of the event will be processed in the order in which they are received. All refund requests will be subject to a $100 processing fee. Tickets may not be returned, and no refunds are permitted, within 30 days of the date of the event.
In the unlikely event that a CD Connect event is cancelled, registrants will receive a refund of the tuition paid for the event.
Event Speakers:
Conscious Discipline does not guarantee that any specific individual will participate at any CD Connect event, and Conscious Discipline may, in its sole discretion, substitute any individual originally scheduled to speak at a CD Connect event with another individual of comparable skill and experience.
Equipment:
Attendees at CD Connect events are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary computer hardware, software, Internet connection (with sufficient bandwidth) and other accessories and equipment necessary to attend the event.
Recording Rights; Photography:
Attendees at a CD Connect event may not record or otherwise capture the event via photography, film, video, audio or other recording or otherwise photograph or record all or any portion of any CD Connect event. Conscious Discipline shall be permitted to photograph and record any CD Connect event (the "Conscious Discipline Recordings") and use the Conscious Discipline Recordings for the purpose of promoting or marketing the business of Conscious Discipline or its affiliates. Conscious Discipline owns all rights in and to the Conscious Discipline Recordings.
Transfers and Substitutions.
Tickets to CD Connect events may not be assigned or transferred.
Force Majeure:
Conscious Discipline will have no liability to any attendee due to any delay in providing, or due to any failure to provide, any CD Connect event, whether in whole or in part, as a result of any fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control.
