This application to be a helper at this event will close approximately on 90 Days before the event start date.

To be eligible as a Helper, you must have attended an Institute prior to this event. You also must arrive the day before the event begins to assist with event set-up and be able to stay for the entirety of the event, including event breakdown. If you are unable to meet these requirments, please do not apply (Specific details will be provided with your confirmation)
Helpers are a valuable and essential part of our event team. They contribute to the success of our events by assisting with event set-up, sharing their expertise and experience with our attendees during the sessions, and assist with tear-down when event ends.
