Virtual Training – The Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando Counties

This group of six two-hour sessions offers participants the opportunity to be introduced to Conscious Discipline. Participants will learn the importance of a Brain Smart Start to help adults and children get into the optimal learning state. Participants will be introduced to the Conscious Discipline brain state model and develop an understanding about role this plays in understanding behavior. Over the course of these sessions, participants will learn to see behavior differently and regulate their own upset by using powers of Conscious Discipline. Participants will learn to use the skills and the structures to create a felt sense of safety, foster connection and learn problem solving skills to support the development and self-regulation and build resiliency.
