Participants will learn or review the Conscious Discipline brain state model and develop an understanding about role this plays in understanding behavior. Over the course of two sessions, participants will learn to see behavior differently and regulate their own upset by using the adult skill of composure and become more conscious of their own upset in order to bring calm to moments of chaos. The focus will be on implementation for children with special needs.
