Participants will experience a brief review of the Brain State Model and the impact of perception on discipline. This includes a focus on seeing behavior differently and using the skill of positive intent to respond to difficult behavior. Participants will learn the importance of the role of Safekeeper, the skill of active calming and how to strengthen connection with children, parents and co-workers during uncertain times.
