The information in this book has been helpful to so many people from varied walks of life. I have shared several copies with family and friends including teachers, a dental hygenists, a doctor, a firefighter and clergy. When I give a book, I ask the recipient to write their name and a comment in the front and to pass it forward. This life changing information of acceptance and emotional growth is transforming lives. Thank you Dr. Bailey.

This book unexpectedly and delighfully provided a personal journey of transformation for me. For the first time in my life I have been able to recognize and befriend feelings I have been afraid of forever. I now can regulate them without resistance. Befriending my feelings has allowed me to help children befriend and regulate theirs!.
