Angela Fraley has been in Early Childhood for over 20 years after graduating from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is certified in Early Childhood and Mild to Moderate Disabilities. She is currently the Early Childhood Programs Training Specialist for Community Action Project of Tulsa County. In this position she trains teachers and staff, as well as works with children in the Early Head Start and Head Start Programs of Community Action Project of Tulsa County. She also trains for Family & Children’s Services, Parents as Teachers, and other CAP collaborations. She is a National Conscious Discipline® Consultant and enjoys traveling all over the United States to share her passion about Conscious Discipline®, infants & toddlers, and preschool children.
