How can I get an order form to place an order by mail or fax?
Order forms (downloadable here) are included inside all of our catalogs. If you would like us to mail you a catalog, use our Contact Us page to send us your name, address and the number of catalogs you are requesting.
How do I get a copy of my invoice for my online order?
The most immediate way to secure a copy of your invoice is to print the web browser page when you complete your order. Once we receive your online order, we will send you a printable line item invoice via email. We will also enclose a hard copy of your invoice attached to the outside of the box when we ship your order.
Can I call in a Purchase Order (PO)?
No. Loving Guidance must receive a hard copy of your authorized Purchase Order. You may fax your PO to 321.244.0275 or mail it to:

What do I need to do to make a purchase with a PO (Purchase Order)?
We accept authorized Purchase Orders. However, we do not accept purchase order requisitions and check requisitions.

Can I get a price quote on an order I'd like to place?
The simplest way to get a price quote is to visit our website, enter what you would like to order and print a copy prior to checkout. You can also get a price quote by emailing your items and quantities to the Order Department or by using the Contact Us form. All price quote requests must be made in writing rather than over the phone, in order to assure the accuracy of the quote.
We will not provide a sample invoice as a price quote, even if you intend to submit a Purchase Order.
How can I check the status of my order?

What is your return policy?
We accept the return of most of our products within 60 days if they are in good resalable condition. Please Fax your return request to 407.366.4293 or email our Returns Department. Your return request must include the original invoice number, the PO number (if applicable), your contact information, and whether you prefer a replacement, a credit to your account, or a refund.
Please include a copy of your return request in the box with your return. Items damaged or lost in transit during the return shipment are not the responsibility of Loving Guidance, and are not eligible for a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs; returns may not be shipped freight-collect.
To safely package your return, we suggest you immobilize the contents by using a shipping carton of the right size and surrounding them snugly with clean packing material.
DVDs, VHS and CDs that are still in their original shrink-wrap may be returned for a refund within 60 days.
We do not issue refunds for unwrapped DVDs, VHS, CD-Roms, CDs or cassettes. If these items are defective, you may exchange them for the identical item within 60 days.
CD-Roms (all Presenter’s Series, We Care CD-Rom, Games CD-Rom, Make-n-Take CD-rom, etc.) are not eligible for a refund, due to the ease with which they can be downloaded. You may request an identical replacement within 60 days if your CD-Rom is defective.
Loving Guidance processes refunds after receipt and verification of your returned items. We will make payment to the billing address on the original invoice, unless otherwise instructed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you received a quantity/vendor discount on the original order and your return drops the total quantity of items below the qualifying discount level, we will adjust the original order to the new discount level before issuing any refund. Any remaining value will then be refunded or credited to your account.

My organization is tax exempt. How do I make sure that I donít get charged tax on my order?
Currently we only charge sales tax if the delivery address is within the state of Florida. You will not be charged sales tax if you are from any other state.
